Please allow 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, for us to process your order. Orders placed after 5:00 pm UK time begin processing on the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email a tracking link or number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first carrier scan.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, courier disruption, weather and public holidays. Email support@lodemi.com if tracking has not updated for several working days, your parcel arrives damaged or you need help with delivery.
