These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Lodemi, operated by AB Labels.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary between screens. Availability remains subject to confirmation and we may correct genuine errors in product information.
Prices and payment
The product price, delivery charge, tax and other unavoidable costs displayed before payment apply to your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when the order is accepted for fulfilment, subject to applicable consumer law.
Order checks
We may verify payment, contact or delivery information and may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing error, stock error or legal restriction is reasonably suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Returns and refunds
Return procedures are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
Lodemi branding, product imagery and storefront content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
